No Heat Means No Wii!

We are now without heat and electric at our house. So we loaded up clothes and the kids and headed to my mother-in-laws house. She lives about 15 minutes away and their power did not go off. The kids were playing the wii when the electric went out...they were quite upset...Mamaw's house doesn't have all their toys and electronic games.... they do have a television though....Emilee was very upset because nothing worked... it was so cute her walking around the house trying to turn lights on..thinking her daddy was playing a trick on her. I have enjoyed my week off from school.. it seemed like after Christmas the school year flies by...I can't believe it will be February this coming week... Being away from home and not really able to go back makes me realize the blessings that I have and how much I really love my home.. I still would like to "own" my own house but the parsonage is a comfortable place to be...and right now my bed and pillows are calling my name.... The electric company said that we might get our power going by Saturday....So another day away from home....:( and maybe a chiropractor appointment!
